He was appointed as Business Development Director for Queby Recovery Management on 16th July 2018 and promoted as CEO. He holds a Master Degree in Operation and Project Management from AEU and a Professional Diploma in International Management from Deakin University Australia. He also holds a Degree in International Relations from University Malaysia Sabah (UMS). He is a man who has extensive experience in call center business.

Mr. Kumaresan is a caliber corporate leaders and aggressive in seeing the business direction and always proactive into venturing new areas in the call center. He is overall responsible for operation and business development for QUEBY RECOVERY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD. Mr. Kumaresan is very ambitious in developing QUEBY as a competitive company in line with the development of call centers and communications centers in Malaysia.

He started his career in 2003 and has more than 20 years of experience in this field. He has experience working in banking industry, few leading call center company, leading broadcasting call center in Malaysia and he was a General Manager for one of the upcoming collection agencies prior to his appointment in QUEBY. His interest, passion and dedication in the call center industry enables two of his projects maintained by him shortlisted in the Contact Center Association of Malaysia (CCAM) in 2006 and 2007.
